ALL In EdAction is an organization that is led by values-based leaders who understand the impact that a bold, daring leader has on the students they serve and represent. We are committed to igniting community power and ensuring that every family's voice is heard and respected. 

At 45%, Latino students represent nearly half of Arizona’s PK-12 student population and are critical to Arizona’s future workforce. Yet Latinos are underperforming and underrepresented in classrooms and boardrooms across Arizona public education, leaving our students attending schools that deprive them of the resources they need to be successful. This is apparent in the ever-widening gap in educational attainment in Reading, Math, High School, and College Graduation rates.

At our current trajectory, we are failing to prepare these students to take on the jobs required to secure the welfare of our state and nation.
